Functional Mindfulness

Functional Mindfulness trains us to respond with full awareness at the most difficult moments in our lives: when we want something that hurts us, when we feel anger at someone we love, when we are deeply sad even knowing that life is beautiful or when we escape from what we most want. In the practice of Functional Mindfulness we will go through situations like these, but each time learning to bring more awareness and acceptance, and with that our behavior is transformed. Come and learn in this event a better way to relate to yourself and others.
