The purpose of the workshop is to show the scientific basis of Mindfulness and Meditation, its techniques and applicability, both for an improvement in quality of life and for a better professional performance. It uses a methodology that combines cognitive understanding with (experiential) experimentation, focused on increasing attention and awareness. It uses and relies on the understanding of human psyche, neuroscience and varied mindfulness techniques.
